Scheduling, Payment and Refund Policy
SCHEDULING:
The scheduling of Continuing Education Courses will be coordinated with the Lender and student through a confirmatory email process. Courses will not be scheduled through the on-line or website portal.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- All tuition payments for Continuing Education Courses will be made on-site on the day of the event. Your payment is to be made in full at the time of registration and sign-in. The only accepted forms of payment are Credit Card, Debit Card, Company Check or Personal Check. Cash or any form of Cash Transfer App will not be accepted.
- There will be no tuition payments collected in advance. All payments will be collected at registration and sign-in.
- There will be no tuition refunds made after the class has begun. (However, if the class is cancelled due to an emergency or other unforeseen circumstance during the training, you will have the option of receiving a refund or a credit towards a rescheduled class.)
- If for some reason you need to reschedule your participation in the class once it has begun, there will be no refund issued but you will be able to attend a future class in its entirety at no charge.
- Any credit issued will be valid for up to 12 months after the date of the originally scheduled course. Requests for credit must be made in writing and include your name, company name, address, phone number and email address. Requests for credit must be made at least 3 business days prior to the date of the scheduled class.
REFUND POLICY:
CE COURSE REFUND POLICY:
- If the training event is cancelled or rescheduled in advance of the event, there will be no tuition refunds as there would have been no payments collected. All tuition payments are made at the time of on site registration.
- In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled during the training, then you will have the option of a full refund or credit towards the rescheduled class of with the same amount of clock hours.

On Site Mortgage Training's PRIVACY POLICY has been developed to comply with the
GRAMM-LEACH-BLILEY (GLB) ACT.
We hope that the following statement will help you understand how On Site Mortgage
Training collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us
through all interactions with our website, Onsitemortgagetraining.com, and any other
method by which you may provide us with any personal information, including in
person, by phone, fax and email.
We are the sole owners of the information collected by this website. We have access only
to the information that you voluntarily provide us through email or other direct contact
from you.

- We collect only the basic personal information required to register for classes. This includes your name, email address, phone number, NMLS Unique Identification Number and the states in which you are licensed.
Information Usage:
- The information that we collect from you through registration will only be used for the course for which you register. This includes any payment information. Once the transaction is completed, we cannot obtain your credit card or debit card information again.
Opting Out:
- You may opt out of any future contact and receiving any information from Onsite Mortgage Training at any time by providing your name and email address to info@onsitemortgagetraining.com. You will receive an email from us confirming your decision to opt out. Additionally, you may make changes to your status by emailing us again at info@onsitemortgage.com.
Security:
- We use reasonable measures in securing your personal information to protect against unlawful, accidental or unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. When your information is collected, it is encrypted and transmitted in a secure manner. (This can be confirmed by identifying the closed lock icon in the web browser.)
- Your information is also protected offline.
Retention:
- We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided. We will also maintain personal information and records for the retention period necessary to satisfy any legal, regulatory and reporting guidelines such as those required by the NMLS.

- Onsitemortgagetraining.com provides links to third parties as a convenience to you. Links such as those to NMLS Resources are also provided for information purposes. Any personal information that you may provide to these third-party websites is subject to the privacy policies and practices of those sites. We do not accept responsibility and/or liability for any of the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services that are not operated by us.

On Site Mortgage Training's DATA RETENTION POLICY follows the NMLS Course Data and Document Retention Policy as published. The current Retention Policy is five (5) years from the last date the course is taught or administered. For more details, please refer to our NMLS RESOURCES page.
